"Been living here just about 4 years. Absolutely love it here, everyone in office is nice as can be. If something needs fixed they are on it. Neighbors are nice. Great neighborhood for the kids."
"I don’t live there but there is high drug activity there. Neighbors are mosey. Maintenenance people and staff feel like they have to come into the apartments especially my daughters at any time. They are mosey about guests being there yet there is a bunch of pot plants in one upstairs apartment and apparently it’s okay to have that. The kids aren’t allowed to play. And they want them unsupervised at the play ground up the road when it was told to my daughter there is a pedifiles driving around Ana’s the downstairs neighbors kid is selling drugs on the street. It’s unsafe take the time to find a good place to live don’t settle for this."

"The place isn't taken care of. Very dangerous for children. The lady that runs it is a crook. Kept one Tennant from getting their food stamps for 7 months just because she didn't want to get their paperwork. Can't run 2 places at once..........."
"People don't watch their children, very trashed vandalism happens constantly to cars and buildings. Nice size apartments though."
