"Great apartment complex and fun historical details (it's a former shoe factory!). The area is close to OTR and downtown, so it's walkable with a lot of great restaurants nearby. Everyone at the leasing office is super helpful and friendly. Abby has gone above and beyond with all of our crazy requests! Wonderful place to live all around."

"I just renewed my lease at Sycamore Place....why? Because the building is a great place to live. The apartments feel so spacious with the loft ceilings and the large windows. It's quiet, no loud music or people late at night. The common areas are spectacular....the Tavern Room can be reserved (no fee) for parties, game watch, etc., the gym and the outdoor area/dog park are great features. You can also use facilities at some of the other buildings such as the theatre room. The staff are very responsive from leasing to maintenance....they have genuine concern for you. They also plan activities for the residents on a fairly regular basis which is definitely a perk! It's close to many downtown establishments where you can walk to such as The Aronoff, The Taft, Arnold's, plus many other restaurants and bars. I give them a 5!"

"I’ve been living at Sycamore Place Lofts for over 10 years. I love it! I typically walk everywhere but it’s super convienent to the highways when I need to drive. I have no desire to move to the boring suburbs. I’ll be living at Sycamore Place for many many more years. Carla and her team in the office are very friendly and helpful!!"
