"Gave 5 stars cause the yummy was definitely worth it. Google kept posting my visit here asking for a reviews so I figured mention the apartment complex was nice but it was dark as I was heading here for a travel related ONS. Apt management is good at paying attention to the surroundings, my vehicle was parked in an assigned parking spot for a tenant, and a note was left on it stating to utilize a visitor spot asap. While it was the tinders apt parking spot (typical with a Tinder hook up she had no car.) I understand the need to use visitor spots. Overall amazing visit. I’ll try to update if she still lives here upon my next trip to the area. LOL."

"I’ve had a great experience at Overlook! I’ve been here almost a year and have had no major concerns at all. There was an issue with the sprinklers freezing over accompanying a pretty hefty storm. Tori and Shauna were great at quickly responding, and even allowed for a lower reduction on my rent for the next month to cover the cost of electric (fixing water issues, etc). Very responsive/kind management, and nice apartments for the cost."

"I have lived at The Overlook for a year and enjoyed my time here. The Management Team/Maintenance Team is responsive and handles issues quickly. The apartments are nice and reasonably priced. My only complaints would be that our apartment has barely any overhead lights, the walls are fairly thin so you can hear the neighbors, and our upstairs neighbor frequently drops cigarettes on our porch (but that's his fault, not The Overlook's)."

"I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Though the flashy interior of the apartments are nice, the cost is outrageous for what services we receive. Maintenance is slow and put bandaids in place instead of repairs. The exteriors are fading, and the grounds are not cleaned like they use to be animal feces everywhere. With snow events good luck making it up the hill as the complex hires a company who does not prioritize the community, parking lot and hill are not plowed or salted as they should be ESPECIALLY for what we pay. Numerous car break ins and catalytic converters cut off. Exterior lighting is very dim, with multiple lights going out and no repairs. no security cameras to the complex making it feel more and more unsafe. The walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations from neighbors, TVs/music on, people opening and closing doors as well as walking up the stairs. If you have people living above you, you hear them walking. If you like to hang items on the walls good luck as nothing stays on the walls due to closing doors and walking (have had many items break). Interior breezeways use to be cleaned weekly and now they are maybe cleaned once a quarter. Highly disappointed."
