Extended Stay America - Cincinnati - Covington

"We are staying here while waiting for an apartment and I absolutely feel like I'm at home. All the staff have been so wonderful, warm and accommodating. The price is fair for the room we are in and the location is closed to a lot. The room was clean and it's quiet. If you need it, they have it. I work nights and have had the chance to meet a lot of people but Tim and the lady on nights with the long black hair (I should really ask her name lol) have been the absolute best. If ice needed something they had the answer. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing a temporary home."

"We checked in for a 3 day stay and initially was put on the 1st floor room 110.. my husband found a dot sized BEDBUG tearing his back up. Took it to front desk in a napkin and they relocated us to 412 and offered to wash our clothes. Should of been compensated in some type if way since it was a 400$+ stay for 3 day"

"Would look elsewhere in the future & not stay here again. Front desk was polite room was weathered even though the claim a 10-point cleaning system, including final inspection by manager."

"Home away from home. I’m actually here more than I am home LOL. Not the same without Sarah. I think I speak for all of us when I say that was a big mistake letting her go, shows a lot about how the company feels about their employees. Tim is great. One of the most genuine, hard working people I know."

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights. I read the reviews and they were mixed, we decided to give it a shot. It turns out that the poor reviews were accurate. Check in was okay, but the man was clearly not a people person. We took the very slow elevator to our floor. We noticed a musty odor in the hallway while we were going to our room. It kind of smelled like urine and and mildew. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. It looked like the house keeper only dusted around things. The floor was clean, unless you looked under the bed or behind the furniture. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows were fluffy, however, the bed sounded like it might crash to the floor when we rolled over in it. There was the kitchenette, but nothing in the cupboards and drawers. Also, no coffee pot. We brought breakfast foods to cook, but we had to call the service desk and request the items we needed. My husband stopped by the front desk to ask for a few packets of coffee, and the lady told him she was only permitted to give him two. She went on to say that she had to follow the rules because she was on camera and she could get fired. I thought he was kidding when he told me. The last and possibly the worst thing was the towels and wash cloths smelled like cigarette smoke. We will not stay in this hotel again and we do not recommend it. Read the reviews and believe it when you come across a bad one."
