"I have lived at Windsor’s Flats for about two years. What an amazing apartment. Appliances are new and kitchen and bath are upgraded as well. It is easy to get in touch with the property manager and she is very informative. Anytime I have had an issue that requires maintenance, he was there to fix the problem within 24 hours. The neighborhood is nice for the most part. It’s a mixture of quiet and noisy. Pest control comes every month or so, so I have never had any bug problems. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the dumpsters fill up fast. However, they have recently upgraded to a bigger dumpster so that probably is resolved. Also, like most apartments these days, rent is high. No one likes that. There is street parking that is free but the parking lot is pricey. With that said, this is the best place I have lived and I’m sure many others feel the same way."

"I've lived in the Windsor Flats for two years... I'm actually the first tenant that moved in and I absolutely love it! Management is awesome and very responsive. They also do a lot to make sure that all tenants service needs are met in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here to anyone who is looking for an awesome, safe, secure and diverse living community!"

"Management is incompetent. Average waiting period on repairs to major issues like not enough water pressure to shower MONTHS, washing machine breaking WEEKS, rent is astronomical compared to the unprofessionalism. They come into apartments unscheduled, the list goes on and on. Every time there’s an issue, which there seems to be a new issue weekly, management steam rolls right over their own staff. Never taking responsibility, never solving a problem in a reasonable amount of time. Meanwhile they add thousands of dollars worth of furniture to common areas while these issues are pending repairs. Perhaps they wouldn’t have to spend so much to draw new tenants if they could take care of their current ones."

"Terrible. Just Terrible. Sure it looks nice, but don't let that fool you. The property manager, Erin, has no sense of urgency upon answering any request until you CC an email with their bosses listed on it (HR then sees it). We had an air conditioner leak when we first moved in where water seeped through to the bathroom and ruined our ceilings. Glad we got the unit fixed, but still (8 months later) have our ceiling still hanging in the bathroom. Had our washer break, and knew itd be a little while before getting the part to fix it, but how long? We never really got an exact answer after multiply attempts to JUST get an update via unanswered phone calls/voicemails/emails. All we wanted was an UPDATE. Oh. Then the unheard of water bill they failed to mention to us 8 months later after moving in and to pay in full of all the months added together. And after they urge you to be sure to turn in you "60 day vacancy notice", they will line up showings for your apartment while still living their. Just strangers walking through your current HOME multiple times a week, while you are not there. I understand once the notice is turned in we grant permission to this, but we still have almost 3 months of living. Id be more understanding if it was maybe within the last month of living there. Very VERY excited to get out of here."
