"I really enjoy living at East 8. The spaces are unique and have more character than previous places I have lived. The spacious apartment offers more than enough room for me to have separate office and bedroom spaces, which is important for working from home. The amenities are fine and parking is handled through a 3rd party (wish we had reserved spots). I find the street quieter than expected and the location is really convenient for going to restaurants/bars/sports games downtown. Hands down the best thing is the maintenance people. I had a mysterious dishwasher leak that required several maintenance visits and have accidentally locked myself out a few times. All of the maintenance staff have been courteous, helpful, and determined to fix the issues. Two stand out especially - Adam and Shane. They have both come for "emergency" situations later at night but never complained or seemed annoyed. They are always dedicated to making me feel safe and secure in my apartment. I would recommend living here."

"Have lived there for a year now. Great location on and off 71. Great being on the outskirts of downtown, still within walking distance of all the restaurants bars as well as a short walk to both OTR and Pendleton neighborhoods. Building is older but very well maintained, cleaned regularly and maintenance requests are acted on very quickly. I've enjoyed living here and look forward to doing so for the foreseeable future. Brandon, Maggie, and Matt from the leasing office have always been very responsive, courteous and helpful!"

"I have lived in East 8 Lofts for the last year and I have loved it. The old fashioned building and the apartment with exposed brick, exposed pipes, and high ceilings were really my style. My apartment was very spacious and had a unique layout. Because it is an old building, we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and the downstairs neighbors when they were playing music or watching movies. The community washer/dryer in the basement made doing laundry more difficult however there almost always are machines available and its free! Having the gym across the street was also frustrating, especially when it is cold outside. The other amenities were great. I loved using the movie theatre room and playing pool/Ping-Pong in the basement. The leasing office members are incredibly nice and constantly trying to update and fix things. The new park is fantastic and the community here is great. We plan on staying with this company for our entire time in Cincinnati."

"One of the best apartment locations in downtown Cincinnati, within walking distance to the Banks, OTR, and even Mt. Adams if you don't mind the hill. The community is great and offers some nice amenities. Rooms are spacious and have lots of natural light (keep in mind those winter heating bills will be high as a result). Rent is overall reasonable. Overall, would definitely recommend anyone looking to live downtown take a look here."
