They are super friendly and have an open door policy. Being super close to downtown is also such a convenience and it is an affordable place to live!"

"I am extremely disappointed in DeSales flats when it comes to how they handle the safety of their guests. In my lease, it says that there is a parking lot for residents and that we cannot sell that parking space. In my mind, that is guaranteeing a spot to park in. These last few months the lot has been over filled and no where for me to park when I come home after 10pm from the hospital. I called to see what they can do and explained how I felt unsafe parking on the street because I have seen many cars get broken into and I told them I might need to find a new place to live. Their solution was giving me access to a parking garage to park in and walk all the way over to my building. I told them as a young female this still doesn't make me feel safe and thats's when they stopped trying to help and said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in this service and will be moving out after 3.5 years of living here. Do not recommended living here, this is just one of the many issues I have had. Look elsewhere."
