"had an issue with my dishwasher not starting made the maintenance request less then 24 hours and by next morning after 8am. John was knocking on door announcing he was maintenance He was very polite and acknowlable of the issue and within a timely manner my dishwasher was working"

"After living here for a year, this is what you should know: -You can hear EVERY wedding going on. Every Friday and Saturday night....loudly. So do not plan on having peace and quiet those nights. -Everytime someone needs maintenance on their plumbing, EVERYONES water is shut off. -Speaking of them...the maintenance service is quick, but not effective. It often takes many visits for them to fix the issue. They are very nice, however. -They have a Snowball Service (fumigation) that comes quarterly. If you deny their services, you will have to pay $50. You will have to pay $50 freaking dollars to not have them enter your home and put harsh chemicals everywhere. Plan this into your moving and spending budget. -They also will ALWAYS want to be in your apartment. No privacy, ever. Whether it is Snowball, quarterly apartment checks, mandatory air filter replacements (which is nice, but just leave it outside of the door) -It will smell like cigarettes in the hallways, always. -No one knows how to park and it is a free for all. There is a huge sense of entitlement when people block you in, park in a handicap space when they are not handicap, or make their own spaces because they're too lazy to walk a couple of steps. -If you are young looking for a place to move and make friends, this isn't it. Everyone moves here to die as there is no one under the age of 65. -They *used* to have a trash valet service (one out of the...3 miniscule amenities they have to offer) and then they stopped it because they can't keep people in the building for very long -There is ONE washer and ONE dryer per floor, have fun on Sundays Overall, if you are wanting to move into a place with bells and whistles, this is not it. It is a mediocre building built 100 years ago with 4 walls. No pool, no clubhouse, no trash service, no grill, no dog park, nothing. They have a terrible patio that is horribly paved (even though they hired a company to do it over the summer who lovingly woke everyone up at 7am and left their trash everywhere). So yes, continue your search for elsewhere."

"The online application process was straightforward and easy. Upon move-in, everything was great with Alex in the leasing office having everything ready for me and Alissa having done a thorough job cleaning the apartment. Additionally, two staff of the maintenance team (whose names I didn't get but who are both also deserving of extra PTO) helped me out - one who saw me struggling in the parking lot helped me move in a load of items on his way to another apartment and another came within less than 30 minutes to address a small maintenance issue. All staff and residents I have encountered so far have been very friendly and respectful."
