"Jake, one of the SNS maintenance technicians, is always on the top of everything. We had a maintenance request put in with the previous management that never got resolved, even after multiple technician visits, but day 1 of SNS being in charge, Jake was here in the morning and completely fixed the issue. We’ve had several other maintenance requests and he has fixed every single problem, usually day of the request being put in. I put 4 stars for SNS as a whole raising the rent quite a bit but absolutely 5 stars for the maintenance."

"***UPDATE*** 10/1/23- Things seem to be getting better with SNS. **Update - 9/11/23- I did meet maintenance today who fixed something I needed fixed and he was very nice and I feel confident in the maintenance that is here, so atleast there is one good thing. ***EDIT - 9/2023*** I have lived here over 5 years now, and they just changed property management again, 3rd time. I hate to say it but this company, SNS seems to be the worst- a large company that you cannot reach by phone or email. The number listed on here is the old number. The new one takes you to a circus of automatic voice commands that could go to any of their 14 properties. I emailed the property manager and the first couple days they took over, and someone responded. They seem cold and impersonal. That’s my opinion. Not to mention they fired Christine, who has been a great property manager for the last 4 years and who actually answered the phone and was respectful of the fact I work from home, so if they needed entry they were considerate enough to schedule it for me so it didn’t disturb my work. But this new company SNS could care less and I honestly feel like them coming in and disrupting everything is just blatant disrespect to us tenants who have been longtime residents. Changed the rating from 5 stars to 1 due to this change in management. 5/2018–These other reviews are obviously previous management, which I heard was bad. But, there is new management for the last few months. I am a new resident and my entire move in experience was easy and non complicated thanks to Darlene. Any questions or issues she is more than willing to anwser. Maintenance is good as well, he is always working around the complex. The property is nice, well maintained and quiet. Yes I am new , but I have zero complaints. I recommend."

"I recently moved in, and I could not be happier. The setting is beautiful. I see deer and birds constantly. The grounds are well - maintained, and the staff is kind and responsive. I think the thing I like the best is that the energy here is very peaceful. the neighbors have all been great as well. I never hear my neighbors and they never hear my music, so the apartments are nearly sound proof. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you are in the market for a one or two bedroom!"

"I have lived at Waterbury apts for almost 2 year. This renewal will be my second renewal. Darlene is awesome! Waterbury is like my home away from original home in Pa.! My parents even love her. One of the contractors she hired even helped my folks throw out a mattress and box spring, saying that's what we do we help our elders. I feel super safe. It is super quiet! Come visit and get on the waiting list! You won't regret it! Doesn't feel like apartments feels like home!"
