Timber Trails Apartments

"They don't tell you that rent is late after the 2nd of the month and that there's a 10% late charge of your monthly rent, I found that out by reading the lease and now that I won't sign the lease they won't give back the 200 dollars that they charge for administrative fees. What kind of apartment doesn't give their residents a 5 day grace period and only does 18 month lease? Even mortgage gives a 5 day grace period if you own your house"

"Timber Trails served as a lovely first apartment for me and my husband. My sister had rented here a few years prior and recommended it highly. During our 16 month lease I could not come up with any complaints regarding Timber Trails and their office staff. All of our needs were provided timely and kindly. We would’ve stayed longer if we hadn’t moved across country. I will continue to recommend Timber Trails to any of my friends looking for an affordable and comfortable home."

"My fiancé and I moved into Timber Trails in October of last year. While the actual apartment complex was nice, seemed safe, and we had no issues with our neighbors-except the ones who smoked weed- we did tend to run into some issues with the staff, specifically the property manager. I only had a couple of conversations with her over the course of our stay here, yet every time I spoke to her she was extremely rude and short. I felt like a child every time I had to converse with her about something, and I felt extremely disrespected. Due to this, I did not feel comfortable calling the leasing office at all during our stay here. I have never left a review anywhere before, but I feel inclined to do so because I feel like no one should be talked to the way my fiancé and I were talked to by her. I hope she reads this and reflects on the way she treats/talks(to) her tenants, because currently I would not recommend this complex to any of my friends or family solely because of that."

"Have lived here for 2+ years and always been pleased. Maintenance is friendly and extremely quick to respond (sometimes within the hour), kitchen was newly renovated when we moved in, and it's a quiet, safe neighborhood. Conveniently close to the highway, stores, and parks. Grounds are well kept with seasonal flowers, road repairs as needed, and parking lots salted ahead of snow storms. We don't own any pets, but the neighbors pets we do encounter here are friendly and well picked up after. We are glad with our choice of Timber Trails!"

"What a wonderful complex!! Fantastic location, beautiful grounds, and friendly, helpful staff. I co-signed a lease for an apartment and have been very pleased with the communication and support from the staff, Tiffany in particular. When we had an issue with an energy bill, Tiffany walked us through the process *after hours* to be sure everything was correctly set up. The apartments are large, with ample storage, and a quiet, friendly vibe. I am very comfortable with my family member living here and know s/he will be happy here for as long as s/he would like to stay. We had had a horrific experience elsewhere and are so thankful we've found Timber Trails. Thank you Timber Trails, for providing a safe home!"
