"I like that they are garden style one bedroom apartments and have private patios. It is an older complex but they are refurbishing units as tenants move out. The location is great!"
"Trashy. No amenities whatsoever. No landscaping done. Grass gets cut occasionally. No weed eating done. I sit on my patio and smell dogs*** bc no one cleans up after their dogs. I've been here for 8 years. I love the apt itself but every year it gets worse. Nobody seems to really care. I'm outta here as fast as I can make it happen. Very sad."
