"Decent little apartments, rent fairly cheap. You could do worse, but not a lot. Maintenance responsive but utterly incompetent. Management hit or miss. Some nice and helpful but more seem to want an adversarial relationship with tenants. If you can afford a little extra and avoid D&P, you should. At the end of my tenancy, I was charged $200 for "extra painting" of an apartment that wasn't painted for almost 20 years. That kinda thing. They aren't slumlords but they aren't great, either. Overall, very glad I don't give money to those people anymore."
"Doesn't help when u try to explain and try working with you. The lady in the office is very rude, wont work with you. Literally half the winter my heat didn't work, they Claim they fix it, no. I have read the lease they gave me but yet they don't follow it. Ask for help, to fix doors.never did. Their mood by my heater. Plus parking is crazy cause half of the people that live in these apartments can't even park in front of there apartment due to many people park both cars or have their guest park there. Also an lady with red hair leaves trash outside her door and then scream in the hall way left and right. No wonder half this building is moving. And the price now is 850, don't move here. Rude management, things always broken. And they will not try to help you when u have never been late for rent. Oh and they bugs on the bottom leave floor."
"Both my manager Patty and my landlord Jackie are both phenomenal ladies. This place has been treating me well so far. Very understanding and professional. Very polite to disabled people like me."
"I was shocked that I was denied an apartment based on 3 items on my credit report from 2005,2007 & 2012. All of which were settled. I was told I needed a co - signer or $3000 upfront to be held u till I move out for an apartment at Liberty Trace. I found it weird that I previously was a co- signer on 2 different apartments, Plantation Pointe, Florence Ky & Beacon Towers in Mt. Washington. I don't need an apartment that bad."
