"I’ve lived here since June and have had issue upon issue. Management is rude and unwilling to help or apologize for anything. Very rude judgey tone. Doesn’t care about residents living peacefully and comfortably. Has been a mess since I moved in. Wouldn’t recommend anyone live here."

"Would give zero stars if possible. I have wasted my time twice going to visit this place. Each time an appointment was set and the property manager wasn’t there. Each time waited 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time and no one came. Insanely unprofessional. Supposedly this is common. Didn’t know they also own/ manage oaks of Newport who I have called repeatedly and never heard back from. It makes sense. Take away if possible as to not waste your time."

"I have resided here 8 years now and this place has never looked better!! They recently renovated the whole complex including, new washer and dryers, new gym, new flooring throughout the building. We have onsite management Carissa and amy that is super friendly and responsive!! It's a very safe and friendly community! I also wanted to mention our maintenance guy Chris is super friendly, cleaning the parking lot.."

"Not a good place. The low price is tempting and you're probably wondering if there's a catch - there definitely is. Laundry rooms are filthy and are often out of order. Hallways and common areas always smell like cigarettes and weed. I've seen multiple roaches since living here, both in the hallways and in my unit coming up through the bathtub drain. Dogs just go to the bathroom wherever, both inside and outside. In the lobby, in the elevator, in the stairs, all over the parking lot and sidewalks. I've had packages stolen, half the hallway and staircase lights don't work, abandoned cars in the parking lot, management is terrible... I could go on. Look somewhere else."
