"Would've given a 5 star if it wasn't for the property manager. The property management is rude and disrespectful. I've been living here for about half a year. And I had to put at least 5 work orders regarding my electricity in the kitchen. I'm even worried about cooking dinner because as soon as I use two things at the same time, the breaker will break. Surprisingly, the main reason why I'm writing this review is NOT because of the electricity problem mentioned above. In fact, I could have written the reviews more than three times it happened. It is truly because when I was speaking to my property manager, Ron, he talked to me in a very unprofessional manner. I did not feel respected AT ALL during/after our call. His voice was agitated the whole time, he hung up on me after maybe 3 minutes of talking, and he told me what I know was simply WRONG. (I've been told that the previous tenant also had problem with electricity and he said "I don't know who told you that but that's just wrong") I'm paying my full rent just to live on the edge of not knowing when my normal activities will trigger the breaker. And on top of that, the property manager will not treat you as a respected tenant. I hope this review helps finding your new apartment in Fort Thomas."

"Best apartments I have lived in! I love the beautiful view of the City, and being able to watch the Reds fireworks on my patio every Friday is so awesome! You won't be disappointed , very nice apartments with an amazing view !"

"Our apartment flooded due to a sprinkler pipe bursting. They told us we wouldn’t have to pay January rent and we could break our lease. As of 1/11/23 we turned our keys in and it still says we owe them over $1,000. No one will email us or call us. We are being completely avoided. Whatever you do stay away we have had the worst experience as the pipe bursting was their fault and they will not do ANYTHING to help us or give us money back for the days we could not live there."

"Affordable, great location, and very nice for the price. Apartment complex is mostly quiet and very friendly. Maintenance has been prompt in my experience, for 2 issues to date. Management has also been very nice when contacted. Overall my wife's and my experience has been wonderful and would recommend."
