Clovernook Apartments

"Clovernook is a horrible place to live. They don’t keep up on their pest control, nor do they keep up on the maintenance. I have asked them on multiple occasions for pest control and for certain things to be fixed but I still have yet to see anyone do anything. It has been over a year since I’ve seen pest control. According to this company they cannot spray entire buildings. Which makes absolutely no sense at all. They are quick to leave notes on doors expecting us to keep their yards and patios clean but don’t want to take care of the things they agree to on the leases that tenants sign. When you try and call to speak to management they refuse to transfer to her, and if you are lucky to be transferred Tracy never calls back. The staff is rude and very unprofessional."

"Do not move here!! It’s trifling! The outsides Looks horrible! No grounds keeper and they got the nerve to do inspection in your home! Meanwhile the outside looks nasty! It be 5 people in the office AND NOBODY will answere the phone or it stays busy...you can never get through! But if you pop up they all outside smoking...I’ve put in work orders since i been here two years! And things still not fixed! They do year leases to keep you here!"

"This place is awful. They have roaches. The owners are slum lords. Takes them forever to fix stuff. Its not safe. My sisters car got broken into the first week she moved here. They have pest control but that does nothing since they come in an spray 2 places an leaves. She hates this place! I hate going there! She cant cook or run water or the roaches will come out. They wont move her to another apartment. They are heartless. I also read a review from last year where there was a shooting. The slum lords said they would move her to another apartment but when the victim did a interview with the news an exposed this horrible place. They gave her apartment to someone else an would not fix the bullet holes in her apartment. So she had to break her lease an lose her sec 8 voucher to move out. Dont move here."

"Sanitation is poor as I look out my window, trash outside of the dumpster. Then there are beds, bed bug beds out there as well. I liked BRG better than Towne property. Who all got the notice the did not pay their rent scam? I'm sure I'm not the only one, they did this to encourage us to leave. They want us out of here so they can renovate, and not pay the expense for moving . The most effective way to do that is not fix anything. My dishwasher, stove do not work, other issues as well but why keep making complaints? You think after you renovate you will attract new residents? Not after they look at these reviews. I can not wait until my lease is up !"
