"Packages were stolen from my front door. The apartment is nice, and Amberley does a good job. Biggest issue is there are thieves. Instead of grabbing a package that’s at your door, check the name on it and if it doesn’t have your name, return it to the leasing office. Can’t trust anyone. THIEVES!"

"The units are comfortable enough, and the location makes it walkable to a lot of stuff. I barely have to drive anymore since I started taking advantage of that fact. We've settled into this place for the foreseeable future. But rent keeps going up without much of anything to show for it. Same amenities as eight years ago, if even that. And it's not a matter of keeping up with the market standard. There aren't a lot of options for apartments in this area. This place can influence the market standard more than it needs to follow it. Just like with most of the price increases over the past 4 years, it's not natural inflation; it's price gouging. Honestly, it's more of 3.5 star situation. I decided to be generous and round up."

"I have lived at Tuscany bay for almost a year now and I can say I have loved living here! I have never had issues with management or neighbors and we are close to everything you could possibly need. I would say the best part about Tuscany bay is the thick walls and doors. We’ve never received complains for noise and I would say we get pretty loud sometimes lol. Overall Tuscany bay is a great place to live and I would recommend"

"Tuscany Bay is the nicest apartment community in Lawrenceburg! The apartments are very nice and spacious, and I love having 2 full-sized bathrooms! The 24-hour fitness center is very convenient, as well. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful!"
