Tucker family mob pockets your cash and never fixes anything, the apartments smell of urine (I've been In several besides my own) and good luck getting any sort of maintenance. Finally the guy comes to fix our ac and instead blows it up and leaves with the entire apartment stinking of burning plastic. Then doesn't come back for 2 months in the heat of summer. Thanks J. Tucker and family, you've screwed over yet another clean, quiet and respectful Tennant"

"We've been living here for just under a year, and we love it. The appliances seem a little outdated, but everything seems to be kept in good working order, and the few times we've needed maintenance on something, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Extremely reasonable rent, great sized bathrooms, two closets and an attic space for storage, and everything is first floor so it's really accessible for anyone with trouble moving around or for when you're moving large or heavy objects. The grass is kept cut and the bushes trimmed and maintained, and it's quiet. We've decided to renew our lease and stay another year. Overall, I've found it to be a really nice place to live."
