"Im giving one star due to the lack of communication,I put in a application three weeks ago,and was told it would take 24-48 hours !! Ok I understand you have to do ur homework but it dnt take tht long ,secondly they never answer the phone smh I have to keep driving out there to check the process well im just chop it up and take it on the chin i rather u tell me i was denied then to tell me lies."

"Been here since March. I love it. Do not get Winton Terrace and Silver Oaks confused. Up here is way calmer than Winton Terrace. I pay 900 for a 3 bedroom. Wifi and cable included. If you call for maintenance they WILL come. I plan on being here awhile."

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They don't fix anything. I have had no A/C for over a month. When I moved in I told them I smelled gas and they said it wasn't. A year later my stove went out and when maintenance came they shut off the gas because I had a gas leak. My door bell hasn't worked since I moved in. They never answer the phones. They don't care anything about their tenants. I really wanted to put no stars at all."

"The owner of these apartments is a SlumLord they are roach infested,bed bug infested,mold latent or mold filled. Everything is broken these apartments are [AS IS] if it doesn’t come with a closet door or screens to windows proper locks to doors you don’t have them.The maintenance is nonexistent two week to fix Air conditioning in the middle of summer two weeks for a broken toilet and a week and a half for everything else broken cars and glass are everywhere.The Rent Office IS Unprofessional, Rude,not helpful,never answers the phone or in the office at office hours tells you lies and argumentative for the amount of rent they charge you will be better to live in a monthly hotel or elsewhere if you care for family,health and property don’t move here save yourself the headache these apartments should be closed."

"I lived here for 13 months. They never wanted to fix anything. I had black mold growing in my kitchen, plumbing problems and my unit was broken into which happens every year and the point of entry was the back kitchen window that I had asked to have fixed in the beginning of my stay. They waited until i had been robbed and The landlord Lisa was so insensitive and asked me "don't you wanna feel safe"! They went under new management AKE PROPERTIES which apparently are no better than the company that owned them previousy. Having people working in their office that stay no longer than a few months because they are stealing. I left and they still have not returned my security deposit after i was told 3 different things as to when I will receive it. First it was suppose to take 30 days, then another week, let's just say 2 months and still no deposit. Now they will not answer their phones or return calls and messages left. I would never rent here again nor will I recommend any more people to this place they are horrible and lazy with how funding for property is spent."
