"Avoid moving here at all cost it’s consistently flooded they take months on end to fixing something the the laundry room and elevators are always broken they try to fool you with the view and the pool that has not worked in lord knows how long there is a serious mice and roach infestation I my self am a very clean person but no matter what I do I can’t avoid it this place needs to be shut down honestly please please please don’t move here unless you 100% have to"

"The only reason why I had to give it a one-stars cuz it made me because if you didn't give it a one start it wouldn't let you give a review but anyways long story short the lady Tara that's supposed to be running the proper that used to run the property over off Lehman Road got fired for letting the maintenance man still live there after he got fired and then they don't even know that she steals from the company and returns all the merchandise back to Home Depot to get gift cards Home Depot got caught on to her and said that she needs to bring the receipt in so she brought the receipt and they said they need to call the company so she got through a fit but anyways long story short the girl Terra brought the crew of workers from Indiana up here to buy all my tools that she stole over $55,000 worth of tools I've been trying to reach out to the lady named SF whatever that lady is her email address she will not return no email so I have no other option but to go to the police and file report and make sure the owner of the company knows exactly what's going on because this is ridiculous have thieves living and working for you and the girl Tara she actually has a convicted felon living in an apartment in Indiana with her he's on house arrest oh my God in the last girl she brought with her to work with her was one or was on probation for kidnapping I mean what kind of apartments are these and these are facts look them up facts facts facts I'm just saying the girls riding around with my speakers and my amp in her car I mean come on it's only a matter of time when she gets pulled over and then the cops search her and find who knows what on her"

"Dangerous. Unsafe. Drug infested. Terrible place to live. Some of the ppl here smell badly. Probably bc the place is terrible and trashy etc. Somebody is collecting a lot of rent money for a building that can't possibly pass code. Look at every word on the lease you sign before signing. You will see they are not providing what they say they will provide. There should be NO black mold at all. It's a huge health & safety hazard. They are aware of the negligence! Take them to court! MAKE SURE that you document EVERYTHING upon moving in if you have no where else to go. That means that you get a copy of what you sign. I would make sure that you record all conversations that you have with anybody that works there. Do it upon signing the lease and make sure that you video your walkthrough. Video and take pictures of all damage upon moving in. If you find something after you move in make sure you video and take pictures of that as well. I'm sure you will find that they are not keeping up the end of the deal and they can easily be taken down in court. Why? Bc they are fully aware but they're collecting rent on a building that cannot possibly be keeping up with code etc. You cannot be knowingly negligent as a company. You see all these reviews about how they keep switching management companies and much does not change and people wonder why? That's because there's too much that needs to be changed and updated and there's not enough money to do it so age Management company just feels like they are at a loss. Which means that events are constantly being let down and regardless no matter what the owner of the building is always being negligent. They are fully aware of what they are doing. There's no way you can hear for years and even over a decade that there are mice infestations and rich infestations without there being a real issue. There has to be a much bigger mice infestation than anybody can imagine going on back between the walls and floors etc. People are living in a very hazardous place that's getting paint slapped on it like a Band-Aid being put over certain things sometimes and half the time they won't even attempt to put a Band-Aid over something. It's more than obvious the ones that are leaving super long positive reviews have something to do with the company themselves. There's no way there would be this many native reviews unless there is a real issue! The reviews alone should give you enough warning to stay away. In today's day and age, rent is high everywhere. You can find a much better place I can guarantee you that! Do not live here. Do not move your children in here. Do not move your family in here. Do you want to get robbed? Do you want to worry about your car getting vandalized? Do you want to worry about your car getting stolen? Do you want to have your child stumble upon a needle on the ground? Do you want to have that happen? Do you want to be scared by gunshots? Do you want to see open air drug deals? Do you want to live in a place where there are more people on drugs then many other places? Bc oh no yes they are addicts everywhere but there are so many places you can live where the majority of the place is not also infested with addicts or drug dealers! Do yourself a favor. Do not rent from this place and give this place a reason to keep their building going. Feeding them money so that they can live nicely with their family while you live in a dump! Think about that and let that sink in for just one moment. While you're sitting there living in what you're living in, the person or people that actually own this building or buildings are living nicely. It's called a slum lord. Is that who you want to give your money to?"

"Apartments are nice and updated with a beautiful view of downtown. We loved living here. The only real problem is the roach infestation."

"Maintenance went into my apt at Kings View almost 2 weeks ago due to a leak from my unit into the one beneath mine. I was NEVER notified that they were going to be in my apt and my work order was already completed! Now there have been huge holes put into the dining room wall of my apt! This property was switched over to a new management company on Aug 1st. I have been emailing with who is suppose to be the property manager since I moved in about several maintenance issues but this is the last straw! The new management company is telling me that they need to be held responsible for it but I am not being contacted from ANYONE! I was told that the regional manager was no longer working with them. I've received one too many apologies about my apt being rented to me with out being MOVE IN READY! Those issues weren't even addressed in a timely fashion! I do not want a ridiculous response from anyone as I can see this is the theme when a negative Google review is posted about this community because my feelings are valid! I am sickened at the thought of having to pay rent despite all that I've been through! See the pics I am posting with this review and COME FIX THE HUGE HOLE IN MY WALL!!!"
