"I have had the opportunity to work in property management for years and have never came across someone, that claims to be a property manager, be so unprofessional as the “property manager” at this location. From being talked down to, lied to, hung up on, denied access to the leasing office, and asked to leave the building by a maintenance tech that is only doing “emergency on calls” (when the location is very clearly lacking preventive maintenance/upkeep), I would never recommend this community to anyone. I am absolutely baffled by the lack of respect someone in a management position has for residents and prospects."

"I been living here since March 2022 its been a year and I love it don't have any issues with management anything that goes wrong they do fix it I don't see me going nowhere the rent has went up but it's worth it"

"Imagine paying almost $1000 for rent and there’s no central AC, you can’t control the heat and mostly everyone is on section 8. The new leasing office lady is not nice at all and the maintenance team are so disrespectful. Don’t even bother considering this place a home its not worth it. I’ve lived here for years and Im so happy I will be leaving soon. This new management property Oberer doesn’t care about the tenants. The previous property management was so much better. I would give this place no stars it’s that bad."
