"Living here is not easy. Management is terrible. I have had a ceiling fan hanging from the ceiling with wires exposed for a very long time. I have a shower that has been out of commission since summer. A toilet that went out on a weekend about a month ago, called emergency maintenance (since it was a weekend) and still haven’t been contacted about fixing it. I have tried emailing and my emails are being blocked. I have left voicemails with no return call. This is what you get for paying your rent on time monthly. It honestly seems like they are trying to force me out."
"I have friends that stay at these apartments STAY as far away from these apartments The office people are crappy. They don’t ever fix anything that goes wrong in your units You pay all this rent and they never open their pool.Just awful They can’t even afford to get their trash emptied. Its been like this since before Christmas and I don’t know what time frame it has been that many of their buildings have blue tarps on them I live in the housing development behind the apartments"
"This is a very dirty place . Please people read the reviews the owners are slum lords .. they don’t fix things they won’t fix the pool they won’t even take out the trash.. it is almost February and it’s been that way before Christmas , you tell me if they clean up"
"I thank God everyday my Husband and I got our children out of here. The complex is trash! The employees are ghetto and untrustworthy and I can’t imagine what they get paid to do. The dynamic of the complex is not something my children or even my pets deserved to be around truth be told. The trash was never picked up! There was a shooting here right before we moved in 2023. We discovered Our apartment flooded Christmas 2022 because of pipes bursting, when we came back from being out of town. It took them 3 weeks to relocate us and we had to live in 2 apartments and the “contractors” fixing the original apartment stole the clips to our gun in our closet! The maintenance men Gallivant around all day! The whole complex needs to be shut down and rebuilt and fire all the staff and hire people who have good customer service, communication skills and work ethic! This complex gives the city of Galloway a bad rep and it’s only getting worse! The only positive thing about living here were the trees, birds and 2 ponds they never took care of."
"I want to start by saying, I don’t personally live here. I have family members who do. I would have to be in a desperate situation to live here. I would not recommend anyone applying to this apartment complex. Please give your hard earned money to another company. They have 2 dumpsters for the entire apartment complex, that area always looks a mess. The office staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and they lie. They get smart with you when you ask a question. My cousin is not a confrontational person, I was on the phone with her when she went to the office to ask a question. The staff member was huffing and puffing, smacking her lips and responding in a rude manner. My cousin put in a work order almost a year ago and the issue is still not fixed. I understand they may be short staffed but at some point the company needs to outsource their maintenance request. Their response time to emergency maintenance issues is comical. After a week or so without heat and having to use space heaters, my cousin called the rental office for a update, she was told it would be fixed the next day……… No one showed up. Afterwards, my cousin called again she was told they were waiting on approval. Well, which one is it? And why does it take weeks to get an approval for a furnace in the winter time. Needless to say, HUD and OHFA will get a call regarding Cameron Creek by the end of today."
