"Honestly, Kensington Park Luxury Apartments is the best place we have ever lived. The staff here is friendly, and the few times we've had a problem they have responded within 24 hours. The maintenance crew is friendly, prompt, and kind. Every morning I get a wave and a hello when we pass each other. Bob is absolutely the best property manager I have ever met. He is always efficient and polite, never rude and always kind. My adult kids and I have lived here three and a half years with no problems. Its calm and clean and we love it! There are two pools, and I swim in them every year....they maintain them beautifully! They are clean and well kept, and so are the buildings. Nice, considerate neighbors, clean environment. In the winter they maintain the parking lot and the sidewalks well. The lake is beautiful! We love our home. We have a nice fireplace in winter, and I love to sit in front of the fire in the evening. Our apartment has lots of light and sunshine. We are happy here and recommend it highly!"

"The The property it’s very beautiful never had any problems but the service unprofessional management in office we spoke with Bob/ Corporate office contacted Tenant stated that there was no more open units available , unprofessional when speaking to him .He told the tenant to put their stuff in a storage because there was no more available units and that all apartments had been rented ,I did put in a 30day notice my lease is not up til October 1 2020 the apartment that they were going to move in someone decided not to move out and to sign a new lease,so I reach back out a week after putting in 30 day notice with leasing office to just renew my lease/ or move in another unit if my unit had been rented Bob stated all the units had been rented including the apartment he live in now and that there were no other avail Apartments everything has been rented , we also contacted corporate office ,because it became personal. Bob has a personal issue not sure what going with him spoke to me very rude and nasty never been late not once. never home work a lot the tenant is having issue moving due pandemic, Bob/ and someone from Corporate office contact me stated they have no more available units but post 2 available 1 bed rooms"

"I am now in the process of renewing my lease for another year at Kensington. This complex has exceeded all of my expectations in my first year. The property is beautifully maintained, the trash is ALWAYS emptied out, the neighborhood has beautiful pools and a lake, and the staff is amazing. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is always taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was no doubt in my mind to renew my lease! Also, I know when I was looking at apartment reviews last year - I always had concerns about cleanliness (and bugs) - it is super clean here and there are no bug issues. If you're looking for an apartment, and if they have a spot, you definitely want to move here! Mr. Bob and his staff are amazing!"

"I have lived at Kensington Park Apartments since 2018 and I absolutely love this place! While it may not be the cheapest apartment complex in the area, it is definitely the best maintained. There is never any garbage in the lot or on sidewalks, the grasses are mowed regularly, if you’re on a first floor apartment, the company they hire to maintain the grounds will actually blow away any leaves or items that are on your patio leaving it nice and clean. The manager, Bob, is so helpful and has always been quick to get back to me with any calls or emails. While there have been minor inconveniences, my husband and I overall love our time here. Two pools, a giant lake, a playground, sand volleyball court, carports, garages, friendly staff and spacious apartments, you can’t go wrong with Kensington. I have done extensive research into apartments in our area and Kensington always wins. They offer huge closets and a lot of counter tops in the kitchen which not many places have. It’s a huge plus. Maintenance comes right away if you have an issue and it’s always been free and quick."
