"Older residents nice,Happy fun people's."
"Refuses to fix anything. Unit caught on fire nothing done lights still blinking on and off also has mold and many more problems. They have pest problems two air conditioners in whole unit you will get evicted for bringing your own ac. Management and corporate talks very nasty to you and when you complain they inform you you can move and to. Lean up the mold with bleach. I do not advise you to rent from them. Ceiling leaks from the bathroom down into my kitchen and stove"
"I would not recommend renting an apartment. The apartment management and property management company trample on your rights. They are unprofessional and and uncooperative."
"Georgetown village apartments are terrible! Its a senior citizens community and there is no security guards and no night lights outside. As many times as people stress it to the management they do nothing about it. So please DON'T ever bring your love ones to Georgetown!!!"
"Today I had a horrible experience delivering a meal to a manager there named Reshaunda. She was very rude towards my 10-year old son whose school was cancelled due to a power outage. He was helping out all day, and then when he came back to the car he had a concerned look on his face and said the lady was calling for me. When I asked what my son had did, she complained that he brought her tightly closed tossed salad with chicken strips lopsided. I asked to see the food and it was all secure, but the person at the restaurant packed it in the bag slanted and my son was only carrying it by the handles as it was given to us. She said she was calling in to complain, but there was no need. My son was discouraged and we were out in the freezing rain and sleek roads to make sure she got her food hot and ready to eat. I am so sorry that I had to deliver food to this company and am furthermore discouraged that this was the actual manager who we encountered. If she needed an excuse not to tip or to get her money credited back, it was really a sorry attempt and it tells you about her character. I would not want to rent an apartment from someone who does not appreciate the small things like a delivery boy trying to help out his mother during a storm! Well, I guess you can't please everyone all of the time. SMH!"
