"They tow ppl car while there sleeping never answer the phone unprofessional DONT fixed anything ACT like u don’t pay rent when keep copies of your payment charge for trash u didn’t throw outside have plumping issue just all around not a good place the state needs to do something immediately"

"Living here is okay. It takes maintenance a long time to get stuff done I had a hole in my ceiling for 3 years before they came and fixed it. Have black mold growing in my kitchen on the wall on the floor and I have asthma and kids."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people around here are trifling and leave litter and trash everywhere. I had a package stolen off of my porch when I was away frome home. There's always kids out all times of the day and night with no supervision majority of the time. A lot of times at night I'm hearing gun shots. There's been times where groups of people are up late at night arguing and fighting. The maintenance men around here are lazy and don't don't fix anything. I've put in work orders for numerous of things multiple times and no one ever comes and do anything. The only time they've fixed anything is when it was inspection time and they need to get their government funding. Before that I waited like a year to get what was needed fixed. This place is trash and I'll be so happy when I get out of here."

"Dirty and more Dirty. Trash everywhere, tenants are ignorant and loud, kids are outside unsupervised. It's like a war zone, people have dogs and don't clean up after them, walls are thin, infested with roaches and mice. Management does not CARE. These apartments need to be condemned and tore down. Not to mention they use cheap materials for house as long as it's up to code they don't care."
