"EDIT: Though I understand that I am in an older unit in the complex, and that the office and residence manager try their best to help, I can't help but feel defeated at some points having lived here. The community, neighbors, and neighborhood are great/borderline amazing, but when something comes up maintenance-wise I would wish anybody looking to live here luck because I have not had any in the 3+ years I have lived here. The times I have submitted maintenance requests 2+ or 3+ times on top of having to call the office for repairs to still take over months to complete. I am not sure if anybody else at the complex feels this way, but with over 20+ maintenance requests, where 3/4's are me wondering after months, why I haven't even seen someone come look at urgent repairs, it makes me feel like I am being annoying submitting them when it is not even my fault. I have had multiple weekends spent without hot water over the course of me staying here, which I understand isn't an issue that arrises frequently with newer units that have tankless water heaters, but it has broke me, since sometimes all I want to do are my dishes or take a hot shower after work. It gets repaired quickly, but again... no hot water sometimes without warning could make anybody cranky, especially if there is a history of it. I feel pedantic, but it took over a month to fix my ceiling in my bedroom that collapsed due to leaky pipes, over 5 months in the dead of summer to fix my a/c, and months of off and on of constant pipes squealing in the walls due to leaks somewhere. Don't get me wrong, it is so hard to hate this place, just dissatisfaction in things."
"Want to give a shout out Melissa the property manager here because she goes far and beyond for so many people day to day and does it with a smile everytime. Would recommend anyone rent here because you will have a great experience."
"I have completely fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment set-up and love it here. The floor to ceiling windows are lovely and the location is perfect. This apartment is everything my roommate and I are looking for."
"The staff here are professional and very helpful anytime a maintenance need arises. The townhome we live in is spacious. We love being able to use the pool during summer and having a balcony and patio makes it nice to spend time outdoors. The only complaint I have is parking close to your apartment can be challenging at times. We've been here going on three years."
