"Friendly staff. Decent price. However my entire apartment would smell like my neighbors catbox through the wall."
"Pros: service came and fix what was damaged They have candies constantly Lobby is pretty Location is great Parking it’s great Cons: service took 4 days to paint a small area They knock on the door like the world is ending They don’t came when they say, they came when they want Bathtub gets clogged pretty fast Dryer has damaged clothes Mailbox was damaged There is not a limit on trash disposal hours so people can throw the door from trash at 1 am In my floor people was very loud in the hallway at whatever hour One time elevators broke so we had to go up more than ten floors. 5G antennas on the top of my head. I was there just a few months, but it’s like everywhere, I guess. All places have cons and pros. I still recommend it."
"This place has been great to stay at in my one and a half month of experience, though there may be some minor problems here and there but to be honest that's the case with all places, isn't it? That should not stifle the wonderful life experience here."
"LONG REVIEW ALERT! On a good note, this location is amazing. Your right next to the Oregon district. Close to a few parks. It doesn’t take long to get to any of the Dayton area cities. The square footage of this apartment, with included utilities, you can’t beat the price. We were renting a renovated 2 br apt. We gave them over 60 days to have the apartment finished before move in. There were a number of issues after moving in. I gave a full walk through to them upon move in and still requested multiple times for things be fixed. Upon move in there were unfinished cabinets, huge black scuffs on the floor, wood working dust everywhere, a leak under the kitchen sink, toilets leaking at the bases. The above stove microwave/exhaust was missing. When I notified management that it looked like there was supposed to be one, she said all their units should have one and they must have forgotten. When they came to install it, it was hanging from bolts two inches below the cabinet. It wasn’t even secured to the wall. When I went to open it, it came swinging out away from the wall. The dishwasher wasn’t attached to the floor/cabinets and every time you opened it, it falls forward. I reported this three times to management and it still hadn’t been fixed. There was a hole in both bathroom walls going through to the other apartments. Only one was fixed. I requested that the maintenance personnel call before coming. I have skittish cats who like to bolt and I work a night job. The few times they have come to the apartment, they did not call and TWICE left our door open. We’re on a six month lease and have been through 3 different managers in 4 months. The trash chutes have been packed/clogged at least once a month. Rather than walking it downstairs, the residents will leave trash in the trash chute room/closet. People will park directly in front of the front door, even though there is plenty of parking here. The laundry is EXPENSIVE. $2.25 for wash, $2.25 for dry. Running the dryer on high, still comes out damp (with the dryer only half full). If you have issues with a dryer and need a refund, you have to call the company on the machine. They are owned and operated by an outside company. we tried to use the gym multiple times, but the floor was flooded. We returned the keys a day early to the front desk. They called us a week after moving out stating we owed them money for the keys. Ended up they were just chilling on their desk. When we gave our notice, we were not told our lease went past the 6 months by two weeks. We also should have noticed so I can’t entirely blame the office. We got a letter a month after moving out of state stating that we owed them money. Would have made things more seamless if this was taken care of when moving out. Though a lot of negative was experienced while living there, the location couldn’t have been beaten. It’s a pretty solid pokemon go location so you know, win some lose some."
