"Loved living here! Zita and Garrett are by far the best landlords I’ve ever had. The apartments are well done and pretty soundproof. Many people live here for years because it’s such a good experience. It’s also the least expensive place to live downtown, but you’re still within walking distance to bars, the Dragon’s stadium and anything else you might want."
"Loved living here. Great location to everything downtown. Only downfall is the parking lot is in terrible shape and the elevator does whatever it wants. It is a quite and private place to live."
