"Don't move to northlake hills. For starters they have roaches and even though the pest control people come out its not helping but they got new stairs outside. The lil kids ALWAYS knockin on my door especially since i leave at the bottom. My neighbors are loud and she spit in my face (REMIND YOU IM PREGNANT) i asked for a transfer and Eric told me no so im being harrassed by my neighbors all day everyday and constantly smell weed and some other burning smell. Ive called corporate multiple times on them they recently had a real live terriost get caught out here and there lake is VERY horrible the old maintaince man steals things out of your apartment so you might wanna install in house cameras and honestly they dont care they just want rent if your working. Im not dirty i have 2 lil ones an 1 on the way and if i could move right this second i would. Dont even waste your time or effort.."

I live here now and when I get off maternal leave I'm leaving everything cierra said 10 months ago is sooooo true. They getting new stairs but the bug spray people havent been out since August their lake is disgusting the old maintenance man lives over here and if he watch your place an your on a set schedule he'll go into your place an take things. Me being a mother of 2 (4 weeks and 23 months old) I'm just being honest. I'm not a dirty person so it's not me. Just don't risk your 25 on an app an 375 on your deposit"

"I currently live here now. And will never ever stay here again. There was sewage backup and they didn't change that carpets out. Infested with roaches , and heat doesn't work. I have small kids. And all I asked was to be moved. And they had said I would have to go back on a waiting list. Indeed I still live here. But right now money is tight and I have no where else to go. If I did I definitely wouldn't be here."
