"THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! They don’t fix anything roaches and mice everywhere. The paint is peeling in the tub and kids can eat it. The mice ate through the walls! We have no water and can only flush toilets. They are never at work either nor do they do their jobs . Evict people for no reason. DONT MOVE HERE !"

"terrible place to live yet they still have roaches and its 2023 it’s not even regular roaches it’s more roaches the roach company that they’re using is not working they’re feeding the roaches there’s all different kinds and types of roaches is disgusting I hate it here never move you or tour kids here they upped the rent to 800 this apartment is not even worth 800 they don’t fix anything there was a hole in my wall they tried to repair it but basically they only painted over it if you ask me this place needs to be shut down or burn down please don’t ever move here it tragic the kids out here are terrible they’re bad they’re just terrible don’t move you or your kids down here worst place to grow up And take it from experience they still haven’t got rid of the roaches out here and I lived out here for more than 10 years half of my life please don’t choose to live here if I could sue this place I would and I’m working on suing this place so nobody will ever have to go through what I had to go through The roaches crawl on people they get in peoples faces growing people ears is nasty it’s disgusting if you have a child if you have a baby if you got A tOLLDER if you have grown adult don’t MOVE HERE PLESS I am working on suing this place it’s terrible it’s horrible"

"Once again the roaches are worse.... they tell you when they spray it’s going to bring them out and I just don’t get that.... they keep having inspections how could you have an inspection when the apartment is already failing like they need to remodel these I can’t even sit down or have company because it’s embarrassing"
