"If I would give 0 stars I would. This company is crooks everyone else’s reviews are the same expirenced I had living here. We kept our apartment in the best condition and stole our deposit. We owe a 700 electric bill with us barely using are utilities don’t move here save yourself the money and the breath. ps the matience is horrible never fixes anything and the people in the office are very rude and cuss at you."
"Lived here for two years, you’re simply paying for the location. Everything is rundown and outdated. I have lived at 4 or 5 different apartments in my life and have always gotten some sort of deposit back since I usually keep my apartment in good condition same with the apartment at StoneBridge. This company stole my whole deposit and I still had to pay utilities afterwards after I was told I should be getting a deposit back. Simply this place left a bad taste in my mouth, not worth it my any means overpriced and slimy how I was treated afterward. Do not go here, go anywhere else!!!"
"The apartment is cheap comparative to other places but it's because the building is 40 years old. It's opposite to Greene mall so I want to give 5 star on location, everything is nearby. It doesn't have any amenities not a place to sit and relax, pool opens for summer but not a good place to visit I would give 2 stars for that. Apartment unit is large but it has mostly old appliances and old structure. Maintenance is good, never had any issue quite supportive and resolves issue next day. On hygiene I want to give 1 star, I could see flies coming inside my home even after closing windows and doors. During summer you could find dead flies on the floor in the walkway itself and no one cleans those. Quite old community if you want to save money then its fine else I would recommend to find a better place. Management/ Leasing Office nice people, had no issues anytime."
"I had to go back and remove my good review of the place. I’ve lived here for a year. I didn’t have any issue at all with this place up until recently. My A/C leaked all over the place which yknow happens. The maintenance guy was out in like an hour. He came and stopped the leak and we were out of AC for the night until they returned. It’s been 7 full days without A/C. Since we are bottom floor and more insulated it was getting up to 80 degrees in here. The maintenance crew has been out a handful of times and obviously has no clue what’s wrong with it. I’m tired of coming home everyday to a steaming hot apartment."
"They pulled the old "bate and switch". They showed us one apartment (not the one wee would be moving into) and said our apartment cabinets and fixtures were all new just like the one they showed us, but when we moved in, the cabinets and bathroom fixtures and shower we're all old and rundown along with dozens of small things that needed to be either fixed or replaced. They also moved our move in date back which cost us more money with our movers. When we did the walk through (which they were late to) we showed all of the broken down problems to their attention (the manager Alexis) told us that they will not fix or replace 99% of what we brought up. When we asked for a price revision Alexis lied and said newly remodeled apartments are charged $200 to $300 more but could show no proof. We were recording her and when she realized she was caught in the LIE, she told us either get out or we are stuck with the lease. She gave us one day. They also didn't tell us that the building that we were moving into had previously been half torn down because of a fire due to someone trying to make meth. When I brought this to their attention they said that they weren't here when that happened so they don't have to tell us that it happened. I recommend that you fully investigate the exact apartment you'll be moving into so you are fully aware of what you're signing up for. Don't let them tell you it's exactly the same as the model. You get what you pay for and when you pay for Stonebridge Apartments you pay for a slumlord."
