"Was delivering for instacart , I have a handicap placard so parked in handicap slot. When I came out my truck would not start. They came out while trying to get it started and yelled that I could not park here. I told them the issue and that I had a placard they said it did not matter I did not live here. Well guess what. I will let it be known to instacart and other shoppers for them that this is a bad delivery area and Thank-you for being nasty at Christmas time"
