Ronez Manor Apartments

"I've been on the list for about 2 years now to get an apartment and I received the letter to update my name on the list but never received a letter once it came time for me to actually get the apartment. First they said they called and it was unavailable and they didn't send a letter when I asked them why they didn't send me a letter they said because they only have to do one of the two which is call or mail a letter. But most apartments do both because after a long time their number may or may not be the same. So they typically do a call and mail to the address on file. Either way my name was taken off the list for NO REASON because I've been calling them regularly and have people that have witness me doing so. But the second time I called them they told me they tried calling and they sent a letter which would be a lie because I never got the letter in the mail and my address is still the same. Now I'm pregnant and due anytime and they brushed me off like I didn't even matter. It's a mess on organizing on their part and it's not fair for people like me who have been on the list for sum time now. I'm completely disappointed in Ronez manor for their lack of effort."
