"I would like to give a better rating but cannot. The apartment is nice, well maintained, comfortable in winter and summer, and quiet. Maintenance is excellent and as quick as parts availability allows. There is a new manager who is professional, knowledgeable, and fair. However, she is not here 24 hours a day. To live here peacefully, you must become part of a "group" of residents who think they speak for everyone and control the building and follow the Lease only when it agrees with what they want. It is difficult to stay away from this bunch because there are no balconies or individual patios. To enjoy the outdoors you must go to common areas or leave the property. This "group" will be happy to let you be around them if you conform to exactly what they want - including your religious and moral stances. If you have a different or no religion, or your morals are different than theirs, or you are the wrong race or age, or you have a modern lifestyle, you will have problems daily. You also must agree with who they like and do not like in the building. Since I refuse to do that, I am not welcome near them and am under increasingly constant attack. I do not like writing this kind of review. There are many good people here - but they are overshadowed by the small "group" of gossiping, backbiting, lying Karen's. I'll be glad to change this review if something is done to put a stop to these residents - but that has not happened yet in the 5 years I have lived here. And rather than continue to try to get things better - I too am looking for a nice, peaceful place to live, because this is not it. As a final update: I have found a better place than this to live. Take that for whatever it is worth to you as you consider living here."

"I was recently made aware of this review by J. I need to rebut parts of his review. Most of what he said is not accurate. The only 2 contractors who was upset were the ones who didn't do their jobs correctly and were told. The company tells all maintenance people when they are hired on there is no overtime pay but there is comp time and it's legal."

"I was fired from this place for asking about overtime I worked, but they dont pay overtime which isnt legal. The review from lisa hall, she works in the corporate office over an hour away. she doesn't live or work there. There is black mold, windows won't open, bed bugs every month, won't pay overtime and want you working on things like elevators and sprinkler systems, they dont care if your insured or licensed. They want cheap work. They residents there really liked me, and most of them are treated bad by the property manager Teresa. Teresa is very unpleasant and only want to have meetings so she can complain about her sad life. Even the contractors doing work there said how horrible she was to work around. The residents were nice, the work was easy.....but management came up with rules that best suited them for that day, very unorganized and the corporate people like Jackie, lisa and Brian the owner only worked like 2 days a week. So good luck if you needed anything, they wouldn't help. They will soon be talking to my lawyer, as a class action lawsuit will be against them for not paying overtime."
