"BEWARE of BEDBUGS!!! My best friend got bed bugs from the tenant adjacent to them. Saw first handed how negligent and non compassionate, not to mention unprofessional and unhelpful the management came to be in their situation. No question on how they were doing, no follow ups, terrible communication. Do NOT be foolish enough to rent here. You will be out thousands of dollars. My friend had to get rid of everything as precaution, and they still expected them to pay the rest of the lease. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. You will be glad you did."
"We just moved our brother to this complex. The staff was very helpful and prompt with service requests. Property manager even helped with delivery of a mattress and recommended the tenant to a job opening. Maintenance man appeared 10 minutes after our request. The building is dated but very clean and painted. Pool is well tended. The space was ample and the balcony was a plus. Great parking too."
"I lived there for about two years and the management is the worth. Everything started off great but then we started to run into some issues. The first issue was they do not accept rent payments in the office. So that will cause you to have a late fee. So rent is due on the 1st and a grace period to the 5th or 6th. If you put your rent in the mail box now it’s up to the post office to make a onetime drop off. We got hit with 10 $75 late fees and the office blamed us. So one month I took my money or to the office on the first pleading to the manager to send this off cause I keep getting late fees. What do you know...another $75 dollar late fee. Reason for this one was she didn’t send it out. Now part of that is my fault cause I knew they didn’t take payment but I was just trying anything. Then we got a random eviction notice. They didn’t give us a reason they just said we had to be out. So I went to asked what was going on and the manager said there was reports of weed smell in the building. There are at least 12 apartments in one building. Once I said how can you pin that on us? Nobody in this house smokes, we are all paid coaches and have jobs that require random drug test. So to solve the issue the manager moved us from one building to another. Did the issues end? Nope!! About 6 months later we get another eviction notice. The reason was missed payments. They claimed we missed 3 months of rent. I had all my order stubs receipts cause they lost a payment before. So the 3 months they said we were missing I had proof. They would not accept the proof and basically was told we don’t want you leaving here. They didn’t give us 30 days or nothing. They slapped it on the door on a Wednesday and had to be out by Friday. I loved my apartment but the issues that came with it was just crazy."
"Plumbing is miserable. Lived for a year and had food and just gunk come up my bathroom sink monthly. The only thing they did would use plunger to unclog it and go about their business. Then sharing the boiler for hot water would leave you in a shower that would fluctuate from ice cold to burning hot. Requested to have the outlets replaced and it took months and multiple phonecalls. The main maitenence guy was rude. A newsletter over the summer said we would have new mailboxes but it never happened. Also said we would get assigned storage, but never received labels for the units. Also the one that had an old label for my apartment had a Christmas tree in it which was there since I moved in. Carpet was clean when I left and we wanted to look through the apartment with the landlord but countless times I stopped by the office during business hours and no one would be there. So they charged me $70 to clean the carpet One guy said it was because of the traffic areas, he was rude and would not give us his last name, as he was filling in for the normal landlord. He proceeded to defend the charge by saying they did not charge me for replacing the stove, when the stove was cracked when I moved in and that thing is older than me. It would've been a joke if they did charge me for it. When we said we had pictures, a hire up said it was because of pet smell in the closet. Which was not true because the closet was never open and my cat was neutered as a kitten has never sprayed. It's the only excuse they can make because I can't take pictures of smell. The deposit you put down for your pet isn't a pet deposit, it's a "pet license fee" , so their lease is worded so you must pay for anything and everything."
