"I lived here for 2 years. From July 2015 to July 2017 to be exact. The rate when I left was $445/month, I think. The apartment I had was a one bedroom. There were no amenities that many are used to like a garbage disposal or dishwasher, and in all reality it was a pretty small space. However, for someone fresh out of college, it was great. The place is littered with families, making it feel a bit more safe. Each apartment has its own parking spot, so there is no first come first serve on parking. The owners are constantly trying to upgrade the apartments. While I was living there, we got all new windows and fresh paint in the hallways. The maintenance is FANTASTIC. In the middle of summer, my air conditioner just died and I really dreaded not having it for a few days. But maintenance came the next day and COMPLETELY REPLACED the unit. While I was at work. It was amazing. The staff is super nice. When I initially moved in, my downstairs neighbor had fleas and I tracked them to my apartment. Since they knew it wasn't my fault, management ended up bug bombing my place with no fee, and I was pest free for the remainder of my residency. There is a 5 day leniency on rent to accommodate your pay period scheduling. In the winter, I barely had to use the heat because of how well insulated the place was. You really couldn't pick a better place if you're short on money for something with more amenities or if you're new to the renting game. Living there was a great step for me and I'm sure if you look into this place, you'll agree that it could be for you."
