"I was shown an apartment... They kept changing the price for a 1 bedroom from $460.-- to $500.00. I mentioned a "move in special rate" that was advertised.. It was proficiently then denied.. They also were changing amount of the security deposit on me. I was in a total of two buildings in five minutes. One reeked of cigarette smoke... Like an old pool hall x 1000. The administration building I forgot to thank for the free contact buzz I received from the Cypress Hill concert I must have missed minutes earlier in the hallway. The unit showed to be was in the middle of being "cleaned" However they said it would be available at the end of the week in question... I do not see on earth how... It was an unkempt 1970's / early 80's faux wood panel wreck..The bathroom looked more deserving of an out of order sign as I was reassured the management would be replacing the toilet seat (phew!). Burn stains still tattooed the the rug... within each room i passed new scents were pulled through my nostrils in a most unpleasing / unapologetic manor. I felt like I was trying to be upsold they way I was approached by staff?.. but, most of all I was being told how the signing fee on the form was no longer 30.00 some dollars it was $40.00 or $45.00, THIS WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART... in fact he decided to come back out to my car and re-tell that fact to me... VERY IMPORTANT... and that the "FREE" internet would not even let you stream youtube properly... it was that slow! I would not stay in a unit here for FORTY DOLLARS A NIGHT, let alone hand someone cash to "check" my references ! I'll be honest times are tough and I do not make a lot of money. However if you are looking in this demographic / price range for your next 12 - 6 month lease... HOLD OUT. I could not spend five minutes in there... I felt like something was crawling on me just viewing the property... PLEASE HOLD OUT.. get your paperwork straight, get your credit up... don't even think about this place... I'll save you the trip out there... shady & dingy at best!"

"Almost living here was the worst experience of my life. While I was moving in, I hadn't moved all of my things in yet. I was saying there late one night and watch bed bugs crawl towards me on the floor. I immediately told management and they said that they would spray. I went back the second night and again bedbugs crawling towards me. I took a video and the next morning went to the manager and demanded my money back because in the lease it clearly state they will provide you with a clean and bug free home. LIES. She then went on to say that there were no bedbugs in the home. I then showed her the video of the bug moving and how it was in their apartments. Moral of the story, if you would like free bedbugs move here!!"
