"So far the rent is still a good price, maintenance response time is very good! However communication is not their strong point, if you need anything else besides a repair good luck! Most of the tenants I've talked including myself feel like we're treated as lower lifeforms! I called 3 times within 2 and a half weeks with a lease question and can't warrant a return call. I guess six years means nothing. Note: New owners now and new management, so we'll see how it goes."
