"This place is horrible. Poop bags overflowing in trashcans. Maintenance flys thru the grass on carts and trucks almost hitting people and kids, tearing up grass and trenching it causing nice grass to turn into mud. Laundry room is always a mess. Apartment is straight up the “landlord special”. Almost 1000 dollars a month and clearly only paying for the city. Cause the apartments remind me of east or west Dayton with drunk crackheads doing maintenance. Wish I never signed a lease with these people. The people at the office are clearly too busy to be any sort of assistance to the people that PAY THEM for a decent living place. Pool didn’t open till summer was almost over. Trash. Complete garbage."
"I actually love it here. The staff is always so nice, very helpful and understanding. Something is up with their website but other than that it's a beautiful home and I'm proud to be here."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I was about to move in to my unit when this was the unit that was cleared as clean for me. Numerous issues with health and safety violations as well as office staff acting funky. Melissa and the office manager need to not be so high and mighty when they manage a terrible property with 2 stars as an average. A huge waste of time and money. Better off to be waitlisted at a real apartment complex"
"Place is nasty. Not kept up well at all. Laundry facility is overpriced and machines are constantly down, money machine to put cash on your card is frequently without power or just missing. Had to ask multiple times to get info on when lease expires. Was given the info the for WRONG apartment because she misheard me, Then decided to ask my name told me they cannot release info on my apartment because I am not on the lease? I wasn’t in the lease for the other apartment because it’s not my apartment so I’m confused about that statement. I have signed paperwork twice and I have been on the lease for 4 years. This is the second time I’ve been told I’m not on the lease. Rep stated she could check another file to see if I’m on the lease but made zero attempt to check. On more than one occasion I have been given less than 24 notice of entering my apartment. Once had maintenance come into my apartment without any notice, while I was indisposed, as I continually shouted “hold on a second” from my bedroom with the door wide open. Turns out there were supposed to replace a window and have put the notice on the wrong door. Only reason I have stayed in the past is because of cheap rent, which new management did away with. Edited to add as of August 2020: raised our rent without notification at the end of our lease and then proceeded to send a threatening letter to evict us for money past due. You can try calling their number and leaving a message right now. Their allotted time allowed for a message is roughly 10 seconds. Not even long enough to leave a name and number. Steer clear."
"I will update my star rating when they accomplish what was discussed today. 3 stars for being unreachable until I said I was going to pay my rent into escrow next month. Will increase when they do what they say they will do. I signed a lease renewal in January to start on April 1st for one amount then when new management took over, my rent was raised without my knowledge. I finally got a hold of Sheila and we went over the lease and fees. She was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, what I was told at the signing of the lease was incorrect and I would, in fact, pay more. It was then we discussed me transferring to another, more improved unit. Since I'm also dealing with rude and inconsiderate neighbors who have no regard for others. I'm hoping with everything we've talked about this will turn things around and I will start to enjoy my experience in this complex. Thank you!"
