"The maintenance and management of the apartment have been significantly lacking. Upon moving in, it was evident that the carpet had not been cleaned, and there appears to have been no thorough inspection prior to handover. Numerous issues have arisen, yet attempts to communicate these concerns have been met with no substantial response or action."

"I have never seen such a poor excuse for a slum run apartment community such as Pinetree Apartments. The management is out of touch with reality when they believe that a paying tenant can go without air conditioning in 90 degree heat for approx. one month. The owners of this property should be ashamed to be associated with such a company that puts profit above its paying tenants and has poorly trained staff that has no idea how to even approach the repair of an air conditioning unit. God help you if you get locked into a lease with this place."

"Management are the worst. Very rude and disrespectful. It takes them a great amount of time to reply to emails or get simple things done. The apartments are getting old and hard to maintain, it was nice to live at pinetree few years ago but not anymore. Finally, I suggest looking for other available options."

"Management was always helpful and understanding if I needed anything. Plus, the area is beautiful, I loved taking walks around the neighborhood."
