"I’d rather it be zero stars. This company doesn’t deserve to exist, they had the audacity to tell me and my family who we’re moving to Ohio from another state to come look at the home we wanted to rent and made it seem as if it was a done deal only to ask us to take photos of our home we were moving from to see how we kept it as far as cleanliness. Then had the gull to ask us to send them snapshots of our bank accounts to see if we had the money to pay rent for a couple months and deposit which is down right ignorant as all hell seeing that they do background checks and all that info is entered into a renter’s background so that they know what they are dealing with, with that person. And so now my family a child 18 months old born premature 3 months and her sister and us is homeless living out of our families camper with no electricity or water and no way to heat or cool it and in my opinion that’s the lowest form of life their is and I hope god exist to give you all a taste of your own medicine and trust and believe I have more words for you but I’m going to leave it at that."

"Benanzer worked very hard to get our house finished by the time we had to move in and when we had a issue they were there within the hour and worked till 10pm till it was completely taken care. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the office to the maintenance men."

I cannot express how INVOLVED and RESPONSIBLE this company has been with our project. They truly care about their clients and have guided us along the way while encouraging all the little details that make this "our" home. I honestly cannot say enough GOOD about this company and the sub contractors they used. Everyone has been professional and get things accomplished in a timely manner. Derrick and Chris (GC) are exceptional at what they do. My husband and I are so grateful we found an honest, efficient, and focused company to work alongside. "Just recently started renting a house from Benanzer & we absolutely love it! We had a few minor issues the first week we were here & the maintenance team was awesome! They come the same day if not then the next day & handled any issue we had. Our house is beautiful & everyone we have met and/or talked to from Benanzer have been super nice & helpful! I highly recommend them!!"
