"Rent for this declining property has grown beyond its true value. For several years the grounds were maintained nicely, flowers were planted regularly and the grass was mowed by professionals. But now management's attention to these matters has declined dramatically. The flower beds lie devoid of life and the remaining old and dried out mulch is an eyesore. It seems that the new management is no longer proud of this property. Even casual conversations with staff no longer have the friendliness they once had. All in all, my happiness and comfort have declined while the rent rises"

"I rented from borchers in Tipp City for a little over 6 years ( 2016-2022 ). I will admit I never had any major issues, and for the most part my time there was decent. However, if you rent from them you should keep your expectations in check. I had a neighbor who had severe damage to his roof that leaked due to a storm that they prolonged fixing for quite some time. One of my biggest personal issues was I explicitly informed the office I did not give consent for maintenance to enter my unit without the legally required 24 hour advance notice, which they violated on numerous occasions. Which is illegal btw. On more than 1 occasion they entered my unit while I was upstairs asleep, and never even attempted to alert me beforehand. One final thing I’ll add ( that I find hilarious ) is one day I had a missed call and voicemail from the office staff, informing me I needed to remove my fire pit from the backyard immediately because they strictly forbid them. What makes it hilarious is, it was there the day I moved in, THREE YEARS PRIOR. Moral of the story is , if you need someplace immediately or cheapish, then go for it I guess. But be careful and keep your expectations in check."

"Rented an apartment in the Troy Henley rd property for 18 months. Great location, quiet yet close to the Hwy. Access to Groceries, auto repair, restaurants and banking just a mile or so away. Perfect location anyone attending the Hobart Institute of Welding. Front office staff was very responsive and helpful. Property was reasonably well maintained. Good value for the rent. If need arises I would rent from Borchers again"
