"Ok had a problem hearing the traffi for 3 nights stay and for some reason the maids did not want to replace the coffee or the cips in the room. Bit the uoung lady at the front desk made up for it. So sweet and very helpful too bad she only worked Sunday and Wednesday nite she is great hope they keep her."

"I loved it! The staff was very nice and the breakfast was better than any other hotel breakfast I had. My room was spotless! Also it has a very wide and cheap selection of snacks, and a clean pool, I recommend you try them out! The fitness area isn't like other hotels, the machines are modern and sanitary. I'm definitely staying here when I have business trips in Dayton. From me to the Tipp City Holiday Inn, thank you!"

"I stayed there for business w the pipeline in Dayton. In the duration of the last 7 mos, like 50% of the rooms had bed bugs, no cleaning is really done. The green program has been a failure. I’m really glad the project reached a timely end 2 weeks ago and I no longer have to reside in Ohio. I do plan on talking to the health department of Miami/who ever is delegated to handle these affairs, in hopes the future occupants don’t have to deal with this nightmare of an establishment."

Please book this hotel if you are driving through and need a clean, friendly, comfortable night stay. The kind woman at the front desk helped us with our late night check in and was a pleasant face after 9 hours on the road."
