"AVOID AT ANY AND ALL COST!!! Old and outdated. Poor upkeep of the units. Appliances from the 70’s and 80’s if not older. Maintenance not qualified or able to fix anything and takes multiple days for anything to even be done and when it is, it’s just a poorly put on band aid. Nothing but attitude from office staff! Emergency maintenance; that’s a joke. With the price of these units someone is clearly mishandling funds. Save yourself the hassle. It’s so much more that could be said but that’s the tip of the iceberg."

"Lived here for a year and it was great for a first apartment. Super affordable for the amount of space. Office staff was always amazing and got maintenance to us if we needed them. They do a great job of having pest control come to do yearly checks to make sure no one is having a problem. They pride themselves on their landscaping that is well maintained. The only thing I hope changes is they get the pool up and running and clean up the tennis courts."
