"I moved here in January 2023 first off it was like pulling teeth to even get here but rent was cheaper then everywhere else that was the first red flag.. second and third red flag was the fact they don't answer calls or emails I honestly have no idea if there's even office people. But February I set up my auto payments and I accidentally set two different dates and charged me for both dates so I double payed and have proof of double paid and I haven't missed a payment since so I should be technically ahead on my rent correct? Well vienna forest apparently thinks differently cause I had some money troubles thought hey this would be perfect to skip this month and I'll be ok well they put a letter of evection on my door even though I emailed them telling them exactly what I plan on doing I provided my proof that i double paid and gave them the exact date ill start paying again but with there incompetence they are trying to evict me and I can't even call anyone or leave a voicemail cause they don't have one set up. AVOID AT ALL COST"

"Had applied here back in May or June I can’t remember at this point. They said my application was approved but had trouble with the other application processing. They said call back in a week. No answer come to find out it it was temporary closed. I feel like my money was stolen, and am extremely glad things didn’t work out here. If they have no problem stealing rental applications and then lying what else are they willing to do for money."

"The community is a close one here. We look out for each other, and try to make it a lovely place to live. The office and maintenance crew are awesome. They are always there when we need them. The manager walks through the complex twice a day. She makes sure things are going well, and that she's in touch with us. The Towne houses are very big, have a nice layout, and are in good shape. The parking lot is kept up, and there are no leaky cars allowed on the blacktop. There are speed bumps to keep people at a slow speed. They're are lots of small kids here, so we watch or speed."

"Section 8 delight. Many children on scooters & bicycles riding in front or between cars. Parents not teaching them to get off,and wait for a car to pass. Kids looking back at you while on their scooters and your trying to find visitors parking. Can't say anything or you're racist."
