"I absolutely love living here. The only reason why my husband and I moved due to buying a house. Very pet friendly. Great apartment layout. If we had to ever live in a apartment again, this would be my first choice. This apartment holds many great memories for me. I would highly recommend!"
"My wife and I have been here for two years, about to renew for our 3rd, and love it. I'll update when we move out if there are any issues but I really don't have many complaints. The grounds and pool are always clean and well maintained, it's relatively quiet for an apartment, any issues are swiftly addressed. They did have some no-name internet provider whose support team was in India and could never help beyond directing you to restart the router but have since brought in Spectrum. Even then we only ever had a couple issues with the old provider but when you did it took a couple days to get a technician out. The apartment was nice when we moved in. 3rd floor is a hike but the ceilings make the place feel so much more spacious. Love the included accent wall. There were some dusty vents and holes leftover from the previous tenant hanging something but nothing major. When our water heater went they had someone in to repair it the next day. When that didn't solve the problem it was replaced the day after. When we had wasp nests outside the stairs it was taken care of by the time we got back home 15 minutes later. Rent is competitive, although of course I wish it was cheaper, and they haven't tried to cheat us on renewals like previous places have. Rent increases both times have been slightly below the new move in rate. I wish we had a larger single compartment sink with a disposal instead of the dinky two compartment sink that makes cleaning large items difficult but that's nitpicking. My biggest gripe is their pet policy. A $500 non-refundable deposit on top of pet rent is a little ridiculous. The pet rent is fairly standard, if ridiculous because why do you need pet rent if the deposits are there to cover damages, but the deposit itself is higher than anywhere else we've lived before - and those were refundable."
"This place will try and steal your deposit without question. I have over 65 pictures time stamped before of moving out. That I won’t post here due to my attorney. This place was left spotless. Never missed a rent payment, sometimes even paid early. It is an Ohio law to relay carpet every 3 years in an apartment and what they do is try to tack that onto a tenant. Will be heading to small claims nice try though."
"I have been living here for the last 8 months and I like it here. The apartments have a lot of space and are nice. It is a dog-friendly complex. So, if you don't want to see or hear dogs, you might not want to live here. But it you do like dogs, you will enjoy this place. I meet a lot of people out with their dogs. Almost everyone is friendly. The dog park is roomy enough to play ball with my dog. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. I love that we are close to shopping and restaurants as well as I75. The only negative I have to point out is that you can hear everything from the apartment above. Evidently, there is no soundproofing between floors. Overall, I highly recommend Nicholas Place Apartments."
"Still under construction at time of writing. I like living here so far. We were one of the first tenants to move in. The rooms are big enough for king size bed, water included, and upper floors are cheaper than ground floor. Management/Maintenance is nice and actually live in the complex too. A/C is pretty loud though but not deafening. and water heater is teeny tiny atleast in the 2 bedroom. Maybe bigger in 3 bedroom. Washer dryer hookups in addition to the laundry room. Carpet is plush and thick. Odd thing about the 2 bedroom atleast is that ONLY the master bath has a full bath tub. The main one just has a shower but it's big. Might be a big deal to some. Garage seems pretty expensive for what it is but it is convenient and big enough for a small car and a motorcycle or two, or one big car like impala or 300 sized. Cable sucks because it's satellite, but internet is very good and I only have the 2nd fastest package. I can play YouTube videos with no lag or buffering in 4k for those non techie people. I usually get somewhere between 5-10 MB/s down and just about the same up. This is a nice place to live and Is priced to reflect that. It's proximity to commercial shopping and highway access is a HUGE plus. I have only lived here for less than a month but my impression so far is very positive. Hope this helps for anyone looking at this complex."
