"The apartment manager Lisa is rude and very unprofessional. She acts as though she doesn't like black people and she seems like a racist. She harasses some of the black tenants but let's some of the white tenants basically do whatever they want. We have had to deal with this awful lady for a couple of years now. And it's awful the way this apartment manager conducts herself. She's treated me nasty for no good apparent reason at all other then my skin color. She's purposely tried to find reasons to harass me because of complaints filed against one of the tenants who is white and also who happens to be a good friend of hers. So she lets this person break the apartment complex rules and basically do whatever they want. She purposely and the slick way Tries to come up with all kinds of reasons to evict some of the black people and let's some of the white people slide. Another resident tried getting the phone number to corporate or her boss but this woman lied to them and tried making excuses. Never in my life at 51 years old had to deal with any kind of apartment manager like her. Never had any kind of issues like this before. The maintaince guys are very nice and professional. It's just the apartment manager that's awful. Some of us are members of the NAACP and are thinking about reporting her."

"Nice apartments. From what I seen on the outside I had a really good rental history but I had a domestic violence charge, not conviction and they still denied me ended up getting it. Expunged but because I was denied. I went elsewhere."

"I have lived here since 2014 with my daughter who is now 2. I have only had one problem and that was when my sink came apart and wasn't fixed properly. But the second time I called them they fixed it correctly. Yes there are kids all around but they have parks so of course there will be kids present. There is little to no crime here. I only heard of one break in and it was by someone who knew the people they stole from. The staff was nice and the upkeep of the place is lovely. There are always vandalia police in the neighborhood or entrance to the apartments which helps me feel more secure. I have no problems here. Even accidently fell asleep after a long night and woke up to the door wide open and not one item in my house out of place. I would recommend this place to anyone. The pricing is great. I have a two bedroom 1 bathroom with a partially finished basement that's to the lady before me. Renting here is awesome."
