"BRG Apartments have the best office manager and maintenance team around. When my daughter and I started apartment searching, first thing I told her was, we are not even going to consider Beam Apartments. I believe God lead us to this apartment complex. Kim the office manager is the main reason we moved here. She is so kind, considerate, patient and compassionate. Kim and the maintenance team have been working hard updating the complex. Everytime we have a maintenance issue, it is resolved quickly and professionally. I love our little apartment and complex. I love all the added bonuses Kim does, with everyone. For example she had a pool party with free food and drinks, puppy pool party, Xmas giveaways, bingo, and many many more. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live BRG Apartments (Beam)."

"Lived here almost 2 years now. Never had any issues until recently. Apparently you get your car towed if you don't have a "crown ridge parking pass" or if you have expired tags which I couldn't get because I had Covid. The new management is rude & not friendly. I suggest living somewhere else. Also they raise your rent up every year & add renters insurance as well"

"Maintenance man Tim came in to change our air filter the same day we requested it. We were very pleased with how friendly and efficient he was. Although his plate was full today, we mentioned having door issues and he took time out of his busy schedule to fix them for us as well as give us some drip pans for our stove! Tim is exactly what most properties are missing. Good quality and friendly service thank you so much Tim!"

"Move anywhere but here. Supposed to have new carpet, moved in with fleas (even though they charge you monthly pest control fees). Living room carpet floods when it rained and ruined my things. the renters insurance you pay covers THEIR property against damage. Even though you paid a $750 deposit as well. Your $830 rent is now $900 somehow. You can’t see the unit before you move in (I’m assuming no one would if you could). Your first floor with walkout patio is actually underground with a back door to a dugout concrete rectangle in the ground, where centipedes and shards of glass constantly show up. Every single thing had been brought to Kim’s attention. Only because she’s the only person who works here. Every response was how all of this is in the contract. Which I wouldn’t have a clue because at my lease signing she went so quickly my multiple page lease agreement was gone through in under 10 minutes. They nickel and dime you and then charge $3,300 to break the lease. The neighbors place floods too and when it’s really hot multiple AC units go out. Each day is a new nightmare avoid this place at all costs."

"I have lived here since 2018 in a great community with wonderful neighbors and never had any issues with management until now. Current property manager is not ideal. She isn't understanding or seems to care about her tenants at all. Her way of "enforcing" the lease rules is unprofessional and uncalled for. She even came to my apartment with the maintenance men with her when I was behind on rent. I have never seen anything like that before and was very uncomfortable with how she handled that situation, as if I would be sorry if I didn't pay rent on time. I had planned on staying since living here has been lovely but I no longer feel comfortable or safe staying here if this is how the manager treats her tenants."
