"I've lived in brookridge apartments for over ten years. This place has definitely seen better days. To me it seems like people can get away with anything. The rules get broken alot and it digusts me. What's the point of having rules if you don't enforce them? Overall it's a roof over my head at least. But I'm currently looking for a new place to live."
