Level 27

"I literally just moved in and am already highly grossed out by this place. I will come back to update my review after I've been here a while. But after being here for only 2 hours, all the bathrooms in the unit are just highly disgusting. It is as though they took toilets out of a frat house that hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. Some of the reviewers state that they were charged cleaning fees, but IDK where those cleaning fees went, because they literally DID NOT go to cleaners who actually cleaned. The bathroom sink is also completely clogged, so it is just sitting there with disgusting water until maintenance comes. I was told that maintenance should be out within the day to look at the issues. I am currently sitting here contemplating if I should even unpack by how gross this is. I get that this is a temporary place for students, but if I'm going to be charged cleaning fees when I leave, I expect a clean place when I move in."

"I have loved living at Level 27. They hold a ton of events with free food and whenever I have a problem they address it quickly. The gym is my favorite amenity so far hopefully the pool will open this summer."

"My daughter has been sick at least 4x in 2 months due to either mold or ventilation issues. She also mentioned that maintenance walked in unannounced. After reading other reviews, this seems like a norm for this person or maintenance in general. On a recent call to state my displeasure for both, Zoe had zero compassion for the issues brought to her attention, and rather seemed like a robot reading from a script as to their policy. Not once did she offer help or a solution. I would suggest never living here."

"This review is for the staff in general being very friendly but specifically the wonderful maintenance, namely Emily. I put in a few requests on a Saturday and that Monday she arrived and quickly fixed all my requests and other little things I just brought up but wasn't expecting her to replace/fix and she did it all super fast and was really friendly and gave helpful tips and was fun to talk to! She's great!"

"Pros: - After I left my last review, Alexis (the property manager) reached out to me and helped me schedule unit-wide pest treatment. Alexis and the rest of the staff I’ve talked to are all nice and helpful in my opinion. That is definitely the biggest pro. - The units are so spacious and they come with pretty nice furniture. - They’re very pet-friendly. I’ve seen a lot of dogs and even cats around. - The property is pretty. A lot of greenery. Cons: - Move in issues that weren’t checked. I hate to say it, but yesterday I realized there was a considerably sized hole under my washer and dryer/in my floor…I haven’t used either before. I’m surprised they didn’t notice this when they did the apartment turnover. - There are also exposed nails in my carpet which isn’t ideal. It’s been like this since I moved in but I guess they didn’t catch it during inspections. - I really wish they could get the pool fixed. I heard it’s going on two summers broken this year. Wish I could bump up the rating because staff and space are awesome factors here, but the big dent in my floor and the exposed nails immediately after move in are pretty concerning."
