"Liette is the slum lord King of Piqua. He let's his Tenants destroy the home they're renting, and allows them to destroy the neighbors property. I've asked Ed Liette multiple times to take care of the damage his tenant caused for over 3yrs now. I even talked to his son Doug, and they don't care. Make sure if you buy a home, it's not next door to one of his."

"It wont let me not put any stars and I would honestly give negative 10 stars to this rental place if it would allow me. Liette reality is a slumlord. They do not fix things that are broke and when they do attempt to fix something it's never done right or in a timely manner. He let my 2 children and myself sit in a house for 6 nights and 5 days with NO heat when it was -0 for several days. And when the AC unit stopped. He said it wasn't his responsibility to fix it. Most repairs done to the rental I was in, I did myself. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT OFF THESE PEOPLE. The son will hit on the female of the house making it very uncomfortable to have him come to my house to attempt to make repairs. And if your on section 8 he will not make repairs until after the amount of time to be fixed is up. Their rentals are not worth the pain and money you will have to invest into his property. BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS REALITY COMPANY/ SLUMLORD. You will completely regret it. And for the neighborhoods that his rentals are in, I feel sorry for them. Because of the neglect of these houses it has devalued the neighborhoods to which they are in."

"Bought a modular home from him in 2004. A lot of things in the house were not as I had ordered it. Had a horrible time getting him to fix things that were wrong with the house. DO NOT do business with this man. He is a shyster. Only give him one star because it won't let me post without doing so. He doesn't deserve even one."

"I called about a house for rent a few weeks ago. About 4 days later I got a voicemail from Mr. Liette at 230 in the morning on a Saturday morning telling me that the house was still available and to call his cell as opposed to the number posted on all of his signs around town. I called back (on a Monday), left a message. Called back a week later and then again that same week. I drove past the house only to see that someone was moving in. VERY unprofessional. They lost out on a great tenant and I will absolutely be telling people about this if they mention wanting to rent from him."

"Mr Liette is a slum lord! My friend rent from him for almost six month In which time Mr Liette promised he would repair the Ac unit at the house my friend was living on Wshington ST! . When my friend filed a complaint with the BB business Bureau he tied to evicted, My friend but my friend won, Mr Liette would try to collect cash from my friend for rent on Saturdays and not give him a receipt for payment received, Lucky my friend paid with check's other wise Mr Liette would have won case,, A word to the Wise Be careful with him!"
